This Privacy Policy explains how Dentincart LTD (“DentinCart”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the DentinCart mobile application (the “App”) to browse and order dental instruments, materials, and equipment. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is needed to operate your account and fulfil your orders:

Account information	Phone number (used to sign in via SMS verification code), and your name and email address if you sign in with Facebook or provide them in your profile.
Order information	Delivery address, order history, cart contents, and order status. Payments are collected on delivery (Cash on Delivery) — we do not collect or store card, bank, or mobile-wallet payment details in the App.
Social login information	If you sign in with Facebook, we receive your public profile name, email address, and a unique account identifier from Facebook, as permitted by your Facebook privacy settings.
Device & usage information	Standard technical data such as IP address, app version, and request logs, collected automatically to keep the service secure and reliable.

We do not request access to your camera, photos, contacts, location, or microphone, and the App contains no advertising or analytics trackers.

2. How We Use Information

• To create and authenticate your account
• To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders
• To provide order tracking and customer support
• To send order-related notifications (e.g. order confirmation, delivery updates)
• To maintain the security and proper functioning of the App

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Sharing of Information

We share information only where necessary to run the service:

• Delivery: your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared with our delivery personnel/partners to complete your order.
• Authentication providers: Facebook (and, where enabled, Google) process sign-in requests in accordance with their own privacy policies.
• Service providers: infrastructure and hosting providers that store app data on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements: if required to comply with applicable law or a valid legal request.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers and transmitted using encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Your session token, name, and phone number are cached locally on your device to keep you signed in; this local cache is removed when you log out. We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements.

5. Your Choices

• You may update your profile details (name, phone, email) from within the App.
• You may sign out at any time, which clears your session from the device.
• To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, email us at the address below with the phone number used to register — we will action the request within a reasonable time, subject to any records we must retain by law.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party SDKs for sign-in. Please review their privacy policies:

• Google Privacy Policy (Google Sign-In, where enabled)

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business and retail customers purchasing dental supplies and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the effective date above updated accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
